I am a healer and massage therapist since 1999. I am the founder of Vibrational Source Healing (an energy healing modality) and Reiki Master. I am also a teacher, spiritual counselor, interfaith minister and writer. I have been studying metaphysics and spirituality since I was 11 years old. I believe that we are spiritual beings having a human journey. You will find that my writing will range anywhere from deeply spiritual to political to irreverent and silly. It’s all a part of this adventure called “life”. I am very eclectic in my belief systems. I don’t believe spiritual teachers necessarily are perfect saints, I’m certainly not, and I wouldn’t want to be. Occasionally you might catch me using a four letter word!
My favorite quotes are “Be the change you wish to see in the world” (Ghandi) and “World peace begins with inner peace.” Another favorite is “Well behaved women rarely make history” (Laurel Thatcher Ulrich) and Maya Angelou, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them.”
It is my goal to be real; to be transparent enough that my light shines through. We are all here to shine and to walk our talk. We are all special and unique and should feel free to be who we really are. We are all on this journey together and I am honored to share it with you.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. ~Marianne Williamson
